Discovering Southern Arizona Lecture:
Flavors of Southern Arizona: A PCC Study Tour Sampler
Thursday, March 5, 2009 – 6:30pm

Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College will host a Discovering Southern Arizona lecture entitled “Flavors of Southern Arizona” on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at 6:30pm at the PCC Community Campus, 401 N. Bonita Ave. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Join us for a fun evening of “talks and tales” from a sampling of PCC educational study tours and hikes. The lecture will feature:

  • Tales from Ruby, Arizona – Tallia Cahoon
  • The Tales of Geronimo – Jack Lasseter
  • If Only the Walls Could Talk – Jeff DiGregorio
  • Exploring Arizona Backroads and Trails – John Dell

“Discovering Southern Arizona” is a series of presentations, lectures, classes and study tours that focuses on the history and unique cultures of the Southern Arizona community. We invite you to learn about the peoples, history, cultures and places of southern Arizona through our Community Education programs.
