Payroll for QuickBooks Workshop July 11

Pima Community College will offer a workshop for employers, managers, accountants and bookkeepers who want to learn more about payroll options in QuickBooks© software and alternative outsourced payroll services.

The workshop will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, July 11, at the College’s Community Campus, 401 N. Bonita Ave. in room A270.

Workshop highlights include:

Employment forms and record retention
Setting up payroll items
Setting up employee records
Using time sheets for job costing
Creating paychecks
Payroll reports
Preparing and printing tax forms
Outsourced payroll options

Previous accounting knowledge and some experience with QuickBooks is recommended.

Cost is $30. Advanced registration and payment are required. The last day to register is July 10. Class size is limited to 20 people.
