Series Helps Small Businesses Develop Business Plans
May 11, 2007Pima Community College’s Small Business Development Center is offering a six-week workshop series for start-up entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to develop a business plan. The series will be held Wednesday evenings beginning May 23 through June 27 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in room A109, at the College’s Community Campus, 401 N. Bonita Ave. Each week, participants will learn about developing a business strategy that includes customer profiles, industry trends and competition, marketing products, set-up operations such as policies, procedures, staffing and service strategy, how to use financial statements, and other topics. Participants will write their own business plans during the series. Cost of the six-week workshop is $200 and includes all training materials. Advanced payment is required.
