Video and Film Screening Showcases Student Works
May 2, 2007Pima Community College students will present their cinematic works at the Digital Video and Film Arts Screening on May 18-19. The screening begins at 7 p.m. both nights in the Center for the Arts Proscenium Theatre. The screenings will include film and video work from students in the beginning and advanced classes. It will feature the premiere screening of “The Adventures of Ace Proton,” produced by the advanced cinematography classes over two semesters. The film is shot in black and white and is reminiscent in style of the 1930s classic sci-fi serial “Flash Gordon.” The Digital Video and Film Arts Screening is free and open to the public. The PCC Center for the Arts is located on the College's West Campus at 2202 West Anklam Road.
