Tomashy named Division Dean at East Campus
April 25, 2007Pima Community College has named Thomas Tomasky as Division Dean of Occupational, Education and Sciences for the College’s East Campus. Tomasky had been the College’s senior assistant to the chancellor since 2005. Tomasky started at PCC in 2001 as instructional faculty in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting. In 2002, he served as PCC Faculty Senate President. Before joining PCC, Tomasky taught computer-aided design and drafting at Eastern Arizona College, where he also served as Vice President of the Faculty Association. He was also a pitching coach for the baseball team. Tomasky has also taught computer-aided drafting and technology at Desert View High School and Ephrata High School in Pennsylvania. Tomasky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts from Millersville University in Pennsylvania and a Master of Vocational Education degree from Northern Arizona University.
