PCC Hosts Family Day on Saturday, April 14

Pima Community College will host Family Day from 1 p.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, April 14 at the College’s Desert Vista Campus, 5901 S. Calle Santa Cruz.

Attendees can participate in free activities for the whole family, including games, prizes, mariachi music and dancing, food, poetry readings and face painting for children.

PCC will provide information about the College’s classes and programs for prospective students of all ages, including traditional college classes, Pima for Kids and personal interest classes.  Representatives will be available to assist students in registering for classes and finding out how to apply for financial aid.   Short workshops will be available on scholarships, the Talent Search program for low income and first generation students considering college, and the PROGRESS program for returning adult students.
