Physics Phun Nite is a Family Frolic
March 14, 2007Pima Community College will host its annual Physics Phun Nite on Friday, March 30. The free event is a family favorite as it demonstrates scientific principles in an understandable, light-hearted and children-friendly event. The presentation will be held from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the College’s West Campus Center for the Arts, 2202 W. Anklam Road. The presentation will feature physics and other science-related demonstrations around an original storyline. Attendees will witness flying sparks and flaming tornados, watch how liquid nitrogen ice cream is made and other surprises. Admission is free and open to all ages.
