Step Four: List Useful Keywords for Later

Make a list of words used to describe your topic. You'll have already encountered these words while reading encyclopedia articles and other resources.   

Where possible, include synonyms for each word, as well as broader and narrower terms.

Keep these words on hand to use later, as you search catalogs and other online databases.
