Foundation Scholarships

Welcome to STARS On-Line, the Pima Community College Foundation’s web-based scholarship application and evaluation program.

Applications are being accepted for Health-Related Professions Scholarships.  If you are currently enrolled in Pima's Nursing (ASDN), Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Dental Lab Technology, Radiologic technology or Respiratory therapy, complete the online STARS Scholarship Application by October 20, 2008, to be considered. 

Applications are also being accepted for the 88-Crime Scholarship in Honor of Louie Castro.  Students who are enrolled in Administration of Justice program may complete the online STARS Scholarship Application by October 20, 2008. 

You must also mail your most recent unofficial transcripts, by October 20, 2008, to the Pima Community College Foundation, 4905C East Broadway, Tucson AZ  85709-1320.

The deadline for general 2008-09 scholarships was May 30, 2008.  However, please check back to this site regularly, as new scholarship opportunities may be added.

Some organizations offer scholarships through a separate application:

• The Tucson Chapter of the American Woman's Society of CPAs is offering three scholarships in the amount of $750 each.  Application due date is November 14, 2008.
• Rotary Vocational Fund Scholarships for $2,000 each are available for individuals with financial need who are pursuing vocational training.  Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
