Outright Gifts
Outright gifts are the easiest to make and provides almost immediate benefit to Pima College. You benefit with a charitable tax deduction in the year you make the gift. Cash or Check: - donate online with your MasterCard or Visa using our secure online service;
- mail a check or money order payable to the Pima Community College Foundation and a letter stating how you want the gift to be used.
Marketable Securities: Stocks and Bonds You benefit with - a charitable tax deduction for the fair market value of a security held longer than one year.
- a bypass of capital gains taxes and penalties.
We are happy to assist you and your financial advisers in determining which marketable securities options are best suited to your individual goals. Please contact the Foundation at 520-206-4646 or email foundation@pima.edu. Real Estate Real estate includes homes, commercial buildings, farmland, cabins, and other property. Gifts of real estate can be very helpful to the College while providing donors with substantial benefits, as well. Even if the value of the property is more than a donor wishes to give (or deduct) in any given year, a portion of it may still be used to make a gift. Please note that each potential gift of real estate must be reviewed before it can be accepted. You benefit with - current income tax savings.

Tangible Personal Property / In-Kind Donations - Donate antiques, coin collections, fine art or other property.
- Donate a vehicle which the Foundation would sell or Pima students would repair for a needy student's use.
- Donate property such as current electronic equipment, books, software and other items that that may be used by students and faculty at Pima.
You benefit with a charitable tax deduction for the appraised market value of the property.
