Cost of Attendance and Student Budget

Your student budget (cost of attendance) is the amount that Pima estimates it will cost you to attend our school for the academic year.  When we develop budgets we consider costs such as:

• tuition and fees
• books and supplies
• housing
• meals
• transportation
• personal expenses

Budgets are calculated differently for students who are independent, who are dependent, who are out of state residents, who are enrolled less than full time (less than 12 credits) or who are enrolled in certain programs with costs that differ from the standard credit-hour programs. 

You can view your Student Budget on your MyPima Financial Aid tab.  Once you have begun attendance, if you are enrolled in less than 12 credit hours, your budget will be adjusted to reflect your level of attendance.  Your awards will be adjusted to accurately reflect your lower cost of attendance.
