United Way

United Way Days of Caring Campaign

Pima Community College’s partnership with the United Way helps people in many ways. Last year, PCC raised more than $35,000 for United Way causes. Our region faces ongoing challenges, and I hope that you will again support this important community organization this year.

The College offers a payroll deduction plan to those who wish to give to agencies supported through United Way. You can designate where you want your donation to go, including the PCC Foundation, which supports the College and provides scholarships to students.

United Way’s mission is to build a better Tucson and Southern Arizona. PCC strives to serve its community. Together, we can improve the lives of our neighbors and lay the foundation for a brighter future.

Assistant Vice Chancellor and Executive Director, Pima Community College Foundation

October 21-25, 2013 - Week of Caring

During the “Week of Caring,” employees can spend a work day on volunteer projects around Tucson in an elementary school setting painting, gardening, reading to children, assisting teachers with cutting or collating projects and much more!

Sign-up deadlines will vary by campus. Week of Caring volunteer hours count toward staff employee step progression.

To sign up, complete the form and give it to your campus representative.
