PCC Volleyball Finishes Third at SDCC Tournament

 Tucson, AZ – The volleyball team (9-7) played some tough matches at the San Diego City College Tournament on Saturday but earned a No. 1 seed in the Championship Bracket and finished in third place out of 13 teams.

The Aztecs defeated San Diego City College to begin the tournament 25-21, 30-28. They followed that win by beating the College of the Desert 25-11, 30-28. Finally the Aztecs dominated Cerro Coso Community College 25-12, 25-17.

The Aztecs lost in a one-set match against South Mountain Community College 21-25.
