Programs

Our teachers provide a well-rounded curriculum that fosters meaningful learning experiences and positive relationships. The stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment respects the child's need to explore areas such as

  • science and math
  • drama
  • music
  • arts and crafts
  • outdoor play.

Teachers, teacher-guided interns and volunteers help children learn these skills:

  • thinking
  • physical
  • language
  • social/emotional
  • self-help.

We use positive discipline methods and consistent age-appropriate limits. These help children develop independence and responsibility.

The centers participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program, which provides a variety of nutritious food throughout the day.  A typical day includes

  • breakfast, morning activities and snack
  • lunch
  • nap
  • afternoon activities and snack.

Applications for enrollment are accepted and services are provided to all families, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, disability or national origin.
