Internships/Volunteer

We welcome parents and other adults to volunteer in the program. In the classroom, a teacher will guide you to

• work with children.
• help with special projects.
• read during group time.

You also can help with fundraisers or special events and by donating items.

Pima Community College students in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Child Development Associate (CDA) programs gain hands-on experience through internships in the child development centers. Seasoned teachers mentor students, who are evaluated during their field training.
