DES Subsidy

Low-income families may qualify for tuition assistance from the Arizona Department of Economic Security. Subsidies are awarded based on income level and family size.

Apply at a DES Child Care office. The department will notify the Pima Community College child development center that the child attends if it approves a subsidy.

CCAMPIS Grant Assistance

Pima Community College students eligible for a Pell Grant can apply for assistance through the child development center program.  For approved applicants, grant assistance pays a significant portion of the childcare tuition.  The funding is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.  CCAMPIS Grant applicants have priority in childcare enrollment as space becomes available.

For grant assistance, apply at the child development center that your child will attend.
