• Trapezoid with widest at front (29') narrowing to back (12').
• 25' depth plus 13' apron.
• Hardwood floor with clear varnish.
Systems
• Lighting: General wash light with some control.
• Sound: Fully equipped with control from booth.
Fees
• Performance block: 5 hrs. - $325
• All-student matinee (in addition to performance block): 4 hrs. - $200
•Conference block: 4 hrs. - $240
• Rehearsal block: 4 hrs. - $120
• Additional hours: 1 hr. - $25
• Dark days: 1 day - $50
• Reception (when used with performance/conference block): 4 hrs. - $125
• Unfulfilled restoration hours: 1 hr. - $50
Marketing
• The lessee should specify the exact location in the following way: Pima Community College Center for the Arts Recital Hall, West Campus, 2202 W. Anklam Road.
• Print materials shall be submitted to the Center for the Arts manager for approval.
