Stage • Proscenium opening: 43' wide x 38' high • 2700 square foot stage floor (71' wide x 38' deep) • Dance floor with corner-sprung panels for maximum resilience. • 70' fly system with complete set of stage curtaining.
Systems • Lighting: Fully equipped with manual and computerized control (130 dimmers). • Sound: Fully equipped to meet most needs. House is acoustically tunable with adjustable tuning drapes, choral shell, risers.
Orchestra Pit • Seats about 17 musicians with instruments. • No mechanical lift.
Dressing Room • Fully equipped: 32 make-up stations, mirrors, make-up lights, costume hanging racks, lockers (can be divided to make two). • Adjacent separate bathrooms with showers for men and women.
Fees • Performance block: 5 hrs. - $550 • All-student matinee (in addition to performance block): 4 hrs. - $340 • Two or more all-student matinees a day: $275 each • Rehearsal block: 8 hrs. - $320 • Conference block: 4 hrs. - $360 • Technical load-in/strike: 4 hrs. - $160 • Additional hours: 1 hr. - $30 • Dark days: 1 day - $75 • Unfulfilled restoration hours: 1 hr. - $50 • Reception (when used with performance/conference block): $125
Marketing materials • The lessee should specify the exact location in the following way: Pima Community College Center for the Arts Proscenium Theatre. • Print materials shall be submitted to the Center for the Arts manager for approval.
