Rental rates for these spaces are contingent upon concurrent rental of the Proscenium Theatre, Black Box Theatre or Recital Hall.

Instrumental Rehearsal Hall (room 53)
• Instructional space.
• Available for warm-up, breakout room or green room.
• $100 per day.

Studio B (room 69)
• Instructional space.
• Available for dressing room, breakout room or green room. (limited availability)
• $100 per day.

Courtyard
• Reception area.
• No charge with limited use.
• $125 for extensive use.

Classroom 23
• Instructional space.
• Available for warm-up, breakout room or green room.
• $100 per day.

Classroom 166
• Instructional space.
• Available for warm-up, breakout room or green room.
• $100 per day.

Free Support Spaces
• Loading dock at east end of the Center for the Arts (CFA) with access through southeast parking lot. 3'5" high, one-vehicle capacity. Once unloading is complete, vehicles must be moved to regular parking spaces.
• Stage door on the loading dock.
• Parking for performers and staff located in loading dock lot or lot south of the CFA.
• Parking for patrons west of the CFA. Well-lit and easily accessible. Passenger drop-off in circle drive south of the CFA.
