Enrollment Requirements - Intravenous Therapy for the LPN

This program requires a special application through the Center for Training and Development.

Students must have completed the following basic requirements before beginning the application process:

a current Licensed Practical or registered nurse from the Arizona State Board of Nursing; or
other higher-level medical credentials or certification (physicians, paramedics, etc.)
