Motion to Approve Truth in Taxation (TNT) Notice of Tax Increase PASSES

Scott Stewart – M, Richard Fimbres – S, to approve Pima County Community College District’s increase in primary property taxes for FY 2005/2006.

Vote: Board members voted by roll call vote. Marty Cortez - "aye," Brenda Even – “aye,” Sherryn Marshall - "aye," Richard Fimbres - "aye," Scott Stewart - "aye." None were opposed.  Motion carried.

Adoption of Fiscal Year 2005/2006 Proposed Budget

Motion to Approve Adoption of Fiscal Year 2005/2006 Proposed Budget PASSES

Richard Fimbres – M, Brenda Even – S, to adopt the proposed budget for the Pima County Community College District for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.

Vote: All Board members present voted “aye” by voice vote. None were opposed. Motion carried.
