Health Net data incident

Health Net, the College’s employee health care benefit provider from July 2007 to June 2009, has reported a data breach involving lost customer information. The company has indicated that there are no reports of the information being misused. Attorneys General in Arizona and Connecticut have opened investigations into the matter.
