Pima hosts Japanese Speech Contest on April 11

Pima will host Tucson’s 7th Annual Japanese Speech Contest Saturday, April 11 from noon - 5:00 p.m.

The event will allow students of the Japanese language to demonstrate their skill and abilities during the speech competition.  English translation of student speeches will be provided.

Audience members will also experience Japanese culture through exhibitions, activities, prizes and performances including: taiko, laido, anime, origami, flower arranging and a tea ceremony.
