Upward Bound programs accepting students

Are you a high school student currently enrolled in one of the high schools listed below and curious to know if college is for you?  Come and join Upward Bound to find out!

Who can participate?
This program is designed for students in selected high schools who are low-income and will be the first in their families attending college students.  Students must submit an application to be accepted into the program.

What does the program offer?
Students accepted into Upward Bound will participate in the program for the remainder of their high school career and the first two years of college.  Some of the activities that the program offers includes:

• Academic advising and career counseling
• Tutoring
• College prep workshops
• Summer programs
• Financial aid advising
• Cultural activities
• College campus visits
• Field trips
• Recreational activities
• Job seeking skills workshops
• Resume writing assistance
