Services
IT provides many services to the college: phone, voicemail, email calendar, programming, report development, web site development and network connectivity including wireless network connectivity. Service request forms are available online.
Email /Calendar To request assistance with email and calendar accounts, email lists and listservs contact the HelpDesk at 206-4900. To access your email or calendar from home, go to http://weboutlook.pima.edu
Instructional Computing For information on Blackboard and instructional design contact the Center for Learning Technology.
Network Connectivity Email networks@pima.edu to request assistance in planning network connectivity for new or existing facilities, or to request information on current network capabilities.
Programming and Report Development IT provides support for programming projects or new applications, and the development of new views or reports in the Pima Report environment.
Remote Access to Personal Fileshare (Y-Drive) Employees can set up access to their personal fileshare (Y drive) from off-campus computers using the instructions below. (Y drive access only. Files on College computer hard drives or group fileshares are not accessible). Access will be slower than when you access the Y drive from your desktop computer.
Telephones & Voicemail To report trouble with our phone, call 206-2718. To request an addition or change in phone service, get voicemail instructions, request a conference phone or establish a phone answering tree email telephone@pima.edu.
