Scheduled computer system downtimes

Computer systems and services may be unavailable during the following times so that staff can perform routine maintenance:

• Daily from 5 a.m. - 6 a.m., and
• Fridays from 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.

Daily back-up downtimes for some major systems include:

• 12:15-12:45 a.m. - Banner/Bannerweb
• 12:30-12:45 a.m. - MyDegreePlan
• 12:30-1:15 a.m. - Adjunct Faculty Contract Workflow
• 12:30-2:00 a.m. - Online Class Schedules
• 2:00-3:00 a.m. - MyPima (only a few services are affected)
• 3:00-3:15 a.m. - Blackboard Vista

December 2009 Outage
Some computer systems will be unavailable during the 2009 Winter Break.  Information Technology staff will be upgrading the College administrative computer system, Banner, during this time period.
