IT provides HelpDesk support on college-wide applications, either by phone or by web request. Requests and Problem CallsHardware and Software StandardsThe College has established standards for individual desktop and classroom computers. These standards evolve to match the current state of technology and to match the needs of the particular classroom. Software Purchasing AgreementsThe College has licensing agreements for several software products and IT will add vendors as the opportunity arises. Some products, such as the MS Office suite, are provided to all desktops in the College through an IT contract. Others are available for purchase by individual departments at a discounted price. Adobe products are available through such a contract. IT also provides a list of vendors that offer educational discounts for College employees for home use.
