All colleges and universities in the US are required to complete a series of mandated reports for the Department of Education's Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). This page provides selected data submitted by PCC and copies of the reports.

The IPEDS data can be accessed online using the National Center for Education Statistics College Navigator.

Student Right to Know
This report provides information on the graduation and transfer rates for various sports by sex and ethnic groups. (fall 2009 cohort)

Intercollegiate Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Support Data
This report has information on participants on varsity teams and information on head and assistant coaches by gender.  In addition, budget sections report revenues, expenditures, athletically related student aid, and recruiting expenses. (IPEDS - Equity in Athletics 2011)

The Institutional Characteristics (IC) Header Survey provides general information about the College for the 2013-2014 Academic Year.

Institutional Characteristics 2013-14
The Institutional Characteristics Survey provides more detailed information about the College, including admissions, student services, and cost of attendance data for the 2013-2014 Academic Year.

12-Month Enrollment 2013-14
The 12-Month Enrollment Survey provides information on the number of students and number for full-time equivalent students (FTEs) at the College for the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year.

Completions 2013-14
The Completions Survey reports on the number of awards received by College students in the 2012-2013 Academic Year, broken out by gender, ethnicity, and area of study.

Equity in Athletics 2013
The Equity in Athletics Survey (EADA) provides information on sport participation, expenses, and revenues, broken out by sport and gender, for the College in Fiscal Year 2013-2014.

Student Financial Aid 2013-14
The Student Financial Aid Survey provides information on financial aid received by fall 2012 College students during the 2012-2013 Academic Year.

Spring Collection

Fall Enrollment 2012-13
The Fall Enrollment Survey provides information on students enrolled at the College in the fall of 2012, broken out by gender, ethnicity, age group, and student type.

Finance 2012-13
The Finance Survey reports on the assets, revenues, and expenses of the College in Fiscal Year 2011-2012.

Graduation Rates 2013-14
The Graduation Rates Survey reports on the number and percent of fall 2010 full-time, first-time, degree-seeking students who graduated within 150% of the intended time for their program.

200% Graduation Rates 2013-14
The 200% Graduation Rates Survey reports on the number and percent of fall 2009 full-time, first-time, degree-seeking students who graduated within 200% of the intended time for their program.

Human Resources 2012-13
The Human Resources Survey reports on the number of College faculty and staff by primary function, as of November 1, 2012. The survey also includes information on salaries and benefits for full-time faculty.
