The Board of Governors is aware of the need for transportation services in order to meet the operational and educational responsibilities of the College. To meet this need, the Board of Governors authorizes the Chancellor to establish a transportation program. The program, to be conducted in a cost-effective/fuel efficient manner, shall include the management, operation, and maintenance of a vehicle pool.
