The Board of Governors acknowledges the need for well-maintained and operated facilities in carrying out the educational and supportive responsibilities of the College. The Board of Governors therefore authorizes the Chancellor to establish a continuous maintenance program to include but not be limited to the following components:
- building and grounds maintenance, modifications, and renovations;
- power plants, equipment operations and maintenance, and renovations;
- communications, computing and data systems maintenance, modification and renovation;
- custodial and support services; and
- utilities systems and infrastructure maintenance, modifications and renovations; and
- energy conservation measures.
