2000
- The College established the Northeast Community Learning Center, now called the Northeast Education Center
2002
- The College established the Southeast Community Learning Center, now called the Southeast Education Center
2003
- The current Northwest Campus opened
- The Community Performing arts and Learning Center opened in Green Valley
2004
- The first College Plan (2004-2006) was developed and put into action. The two-year plan provided specific direction to the College to better respond to our community and advance into the future.
- The PCC Foundation received its first $1 million dollar gift.
2005
- The Alumni Association was revitalized.
- The PCC Foundation established the Jim Click Automotive Team Scholars program, providing scholarships for Automotive Technology students.
2006
- The 2004-2006 College Plan reached its conclusion with 95% of the initiatives completed.
- The second College Plan (2006-2008) was developed and put into action.
2008
- The 2006-2008 College Plan reached its conclusion with 99% of the initiatives completed.
- The third College Plan (2008-2011) was developed and put into action.
